SHoP Architects has completed what is being called the world’s skinniest skyscraper — a 1,428-foot-high residential tower in New York City with a height-to-width ratio of 24:1. The supertall skyscraper at 111 West 57th Street was engineered by WSP with 14,000 psi concrete, according to SHoP.
