Saraw highlighted the use of big data, artificial intelligence and automation as trends that were underway before the pandemic but which accelerated once COVID-19 made increased use of digital tools and digital literacy necessary to do business. He also looked at how office buildings and other under-occupied buildings may be repurposed in future as companies consolidate or stay remote once the pandemic has ended.
