Mike Yanovitch and I discuss the recent ruling by the Massachusetts Attorney General overturning the Town of Brookline’s By-Law prohibiting any permits for new buildings with fossil fuel infrastructure, said loosely you cannot build new buildings that would be heated by fossil fuel.
It’s an interesting topic and a good chance to take a look at the important role a uniform building code plays in design and construction and where zoning and other by-laws have there place.
