These modular homes are part of a larger 67-unit off-grid community, offered in one to four-bedroom floorplans. Constructed using FSC-Certified cross-laminated timber, these houses incorporate low-impact waste and water solutions, along with smart home technology for self-monitoring of water and waste systems.
